Summer is expecting!

I’m just so excited to meet my nephew I just can’t stand it! My little sister is preggo and due in mid-January… just a few weeks away! She was here recently for her baby shower and we stole a few quick moments from the busy weekend to snap a few shots of her cute bump.
She had the little guy rockin’ out to Madonna. Seriously… I peeked at the screen in another pic. And — he was lovin’ it with his cute little baby booty making a belly lump!
I love my sweet, beautiful sister! And… I so wish she didn’t live so very far away!

We’re planning a trip to Boston sometime in February to meet Depot (my name for him) and February just can’t get her fast enough!

That’s right… my little sister is preggo and due in January! We’re so excited and can’t wait for the little guy to make his grand appearance. And… Harper is thrilled that she’s going to have a cousin so close to her age. In fact, it’s possible they could share the same birthday and be exactly one year apart!
Summer came to Dallas a couple of weeks ago for a baby shower and we stole a few minutes to snap some pictures of her growing belly. Isn’t it the cutest little bump?! Look for the full post later this week!

Imagine my surprise when my friend Danielle told me she had a friend was pregnant and was interested in hiring me for my first adventure as a photographer-for-rent to capture a moment in her maternity. And imagine my delight when I walked up to the door nervously clutching my camera bag and was welcomed by one of the most adorable, genuine and loving couples I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Derek and Tanya immediately put me at ease and the love that they ooze for each other and their little baby bump directed the session perfectly. Little William is due in September and I just can’t wait to meet this little bundle of joy!
I’m a sucker for sun flare…
